Helping youth, high school, club and college athletes build an elite mindset: confidence, focus and composure when it counts.
Growing up, I remember the anxiety that built before races. I was lucky to have coaches who saw my potential and pushed me to be better, not just physically, but mentally. That shaped who I am today.
Now I see that same potential in my athletes, along with the anxiety and self-doubt I knew so well. My mission is to bring out the best in every athlete I work with, and I do that through mental preparation.
In 2005, my own coach convinced me I was ready to join his program as a coach and mentored me through it. With his guidance I learned what it means to mentor, and that mental preparation matters as much as physical preparation.
After two decades of training swimmers' mental game, I'm branching out to athletes in every sport.
